Recent publications show that up to 75% of illness can in
some way be attributed to stress. You need to consider ways of reducing the
amount of stress that you are subjected to. Everybody has a threshold that they
find acceptable before it can start to effect them both on a physical and
emotional level. Stress has a very negative effect on you. It can
be described as the response when the demands or pressures on an individual,
disturbs a persons emotional and or physical well-being.
